Talk 2: Yale Law Professor Taisu Zhang on Chinese Political/Legal Culture, September 25, 2020

This was the second talk of our 2020-2021 International Speaker Series "Rethinking Cultural Constructions of Law in East Asia," featuring Professor Taisu Zhang of Yale Law School, and two commentators, Professor Aziz Rana from the Cornell Law School and Professor Yuhua Wang from Harvard University. The talk was entitled "The Ideological Foundations of the Qing Fiscal State", Professor Zhang shared his latest research in Qing legal culture.
