you know when i talked to haley for the first time she said i had shitty clothes, and still, something in me made me gift her a flower, and she looked so happy to receive it that i gave her another the next day, and then during the flower dance thing i invited her for a dance (thinking that 2 hearts is enough for a dance between friends) and she literally said "ew… no", and i went 😨😨😍😍 and immediately started an "eight hearts with haley" speedrun, so maybe you’re right
