I'm going 5x a week in the gym for 2 years. It's so amazing the way you feel! My biggest advice is: do not give yourself the option of not going to the GYM. When your mind knows that no matter what happens, if it's rainy, if its to cold, if I'm not motivated. IT DOESN'T MATTER. You'll go train anyway, regardless of how you feel.

I love how truthful Matt is. There are so many courses out there that tell you that you can lose weight in 30 days and gain massive muscle in such a short amount of time, but all they really are doing is selling you a dream. I love how Matt is preaching the opposite of these horrible courses.

A life hack I used to break my Introversion was to make conversation wherever and with whoever I was. It was embarrassing and awkward at first but eventually I achieved just that. The ability to talk to anyone anywhere. It is life changing.
