If you don't prefer the engine stop posting bad things about it the only thing I like is that it is free and open source

1. those are the changes, they are just simply documenting the changes. that's how development and version control systems work. undocumented changes are bad.
2. even it has critical bug or something, web version would be included because that's the commited change.
3. they are not "publishing" web editor, its beta for testing purpose. you can't fix bugs without testing and finding the bugs right?
4. they have dedicated developers to handle engine's specific modules. developer who responsible for web editor would work solely on that module(s), most of the time. so 'releasing' a module before Godot 4.0 release, is not practical and not optimal. because you would let developers to wait for release and do nothing.
just writing out of courtesy, I'm not offended by the title or your opinions. because any beginner developer would find your opinions simply ignorant. so I don't mind informing you.

Honestly I think that the title is just click biaty ... This are small updates, the engine is alive more than ever and things and is a good thing this updates happened. To me web editor worked just fine . It's not for use, it's just smth extra that is being alive and they working

I personally needed to udr the web version for once, I was on a train journey and had to update the sprites for the game as instructed by the lead dev, I pulled out my android tab and did it know the web editor kn the go. I still have the mobile editor downloaded lol

However I agree with you on some points, like the honest review
