When I was in the military, I waxed my face. The idea was it would be smoother and the clean shave look would last longer. The outcome was nothing like that. It made my whole face bleed from every single pore that had hair. Them face hair roots go DEEP! I looked like I got in a fight with a sand blaster for a month. Would not recommend!

Many red flags here! no sectioning in the wax to pull off in sections to get the best results AND the wax was left to set for too long.

I had this procedure done by someone who actually knew what they were doing. Pain is involved, but it is tolerable. The person doing the “waxing” here, IF you can even call it that, was shown a 15 minute video and then told, “You’re now ready to perform facial waxing.” 🤦🏻‍♂️

Men who don’t like itchy beards will do almost anything to get rid of them. Waxing appears very satisfying. That desire for baby smooth facial skin without the sandpaper feel is something men all over the world desire.

Makes more sense to do sections. That way you can walk away. The goal is that the hair grows back thinner each time. Start with your neck and or mustache. Then progress to lowering the beard line on the cheeks. If your beard does thin out then you can then do larger areas at a time.

One of the problems with this is the density of the hair removed. There is so much damage, that the body increases so much blood flow to that area that it promotes hair growth.

At the European Wax Centre, they do it 1 small section at a time! So it's NOT AT ALL like this!

To be honest it is kinda satisfying how it all comes off in one big wax mask. Still obviously the guy suffered like hell and its not the way to do it.

Shaving once a week is actually not bad, especially when compared to this. But I remember when I was in high school I hated any facial hair on my face no matter how short so I shaved everyday, I could even live with shaving everyday. This to me is a no way.

I feel so sorry for that man. Whoever waxed his face is just too inexperienced to do it. The technique is horrible and I can see that it would hurt so much. Surely he would be traumatised from that experience and never want to wax again. 😔

This person DOES NOT have an Estheticians' license. Wax should NEVER be used in large portions at a time like this. This should be done with strips, to ensure you get PROPER hair removal.

Ouch! 🤕 I couldn't even handle my legs getting waxed and I have a strong threshold for pain. Bikini waxes and upper lip and eyebrows were painfree but my Holy Doodle, that guy looks he's in a world of hurt.
