When I was a sophomore in 1982 I had to do a history report & I chose to interview my friends 111 yr old great grandmother who was born in 1871 & her parents used to be slaves {later sharecroppers} where I was raised in Covington Georgia {home of the Dukes of Hazzard & Heat of the Night}! She told me so many fascinating stories as I wrote it down & recorded it all on cassette tape! I did receive an A but never gave the tapes a second thought until the last few years & makes me wish I still had them so I could get it digitized & let the future generations hear it but it is long gone as is my old high school as it was torn down last year & it was built for the newly integrated school system in 1973 which was when I started 1st grade - PEACE LOVE n HIPPYNESS ✌💖☮

My (31 yr old female) grandfather, who I spent 26 years with, was born in 1922, and my older brother (35) met our great grandmother until he was 2, and she was born in 1880. Unfortunately she died a year before I was born, but my brothers met someone who was born in 1880. So that’s pretty awesome 👍🏻

My mother is 93 years old and she is getting tire to live, she can do every thing by herself, walk, dress, shower, eat by herself. Her grand mother die at age 110. It is a bless for her to live a longer life.

I was invited last month to a neighbor's 100th birthday party by her granddaughter.
I am myself is 76 and will be 77 in few months.
She's good to talk to telling me how women worked in assembly lines to support American troops in 2nd World War.
She's fun to talk to.

I am 85 yrs old, still healthy and I live alone in my newly built 2 bedroom, live with my 2 cats Jing Jing and Nicole ! 28 yrs old, I brought them from the USA, and I have 25 cats . I hired a guy to feed them and clean their first floor house and around . I may live perhaps like this centenarians mentioned here

My great grandfather passed when I was 17 at 119 years of age. He was however, blind and bed ridden for the last 10 years of his life. He still enjoyed his wine, Holland cheese and home rolled cigars, or cheroots.
