My great grandmother passed away at age 101 a few months before her 102nd bday. She was still cooking and walking with a cane at age 100. She still had the majority of her teeth, wore glasses, no broken bones.. Still had hair on her head, just short. African American born in 1902 ❤

My great great grandmother was born in 1911 and still lives at 111, outlived 4 monarchs, World War I and World War II, outlived her two children and lived to see 10 Popes in her lifetime.
She feels very good and has all the comfort in the world, I visit her as much as I can. She is the oldest person in Romania and the second oldest person in Hungary, although she is not confirmed yet.
She told me so much about her life and how she went through all the hardships ever since, I wrote in a journal everything I learned from her.
She had 4 siblings and they all passed away, her husband died in 2001 at 93. She has been through so much but we who are from her generation we care for her and that she never misses love from us.

Maybe just a good thing to mention that Jeanne Calment is the oldest confirmed person at 122. Anyone older than her has not been officially confirmed

Edit 2: So i got the info, instead of 62 years they typed 682 in the thingy, some peopole even thought he was a vampire, and guess what? His grave is literally like 10 kilometres from me, and even to one grandpa, it happend that he was 101 but they typed 201 by accident

Jeanne Calment is the oldest recorded person at 122 years old. Everybody above her are not actually confirmed, as this means they probably didn’t actually live that long. In fact, it is not possible for a human to live past the age of 150 because even the strongest organs will die out by the time that you’re 150 years old.
