I was sitting in a theatre heard a rustling sound and then saw a rat or some kinda small rodent dart down the steps.

Left, got a refund and drove half an hour to another theatre and watched Jaws in 3D.

you get the results you pay for. underpaid teenager who has barely any work ethic that picks up this job because its work experience. not good cashflow. wont give a shit about cleanliness. pay employees more and you can ask for a higher standard. its ridiculous how much we drag people through the mud for nickels and dimes.
