Hi. I am looking into QB bit not sure what version I would need. I run a small consulting business in UK (VAT registered with payroll for 2 employees as well as myself). I am in the process of setting up a US LLC so I can consult with my first US client and the US LLC will be a subsidiary of the UK company. I have an accountant in the UK and assume I will need a CPA in the US. I want something like QB that allows me to create and track invoices payments, business expenses, download bank account transactions and categorise expenses etc as well as add multiple projects with clients and any contractors and the costs associated with them per project etc. I am not sure which QB I should look to use and whether one subscription to one version will allow me to manage the above for my UK business and the US LLC subsidiary across the two different currencies.

I currently use QBSE - I have recently expanded my business and within the next 9 months I could very easily hit the VAT threshold… should I switch over to Online on 6th April just in case?
