Just wanted to check the process to handle below scenarios in QBO. Sorry, if you already shared below in any of your videos and I missed.
1. How to rectify the categorisation if done incorrectly
2. How to record deferred income and prepaid expenses (I know the accounting treatment, bot not sure if there is any functionality in QBO to handle this efficiently)

Question, if I get the $15 plan but let’s say tax time rolls around and I need an accountant to go in and look at my books or if I need them to fix something can you do that with only having 1 user active? Or will I need the $30 plan to have someone checkout my books ?

i have already signed up for QB online accountant, how do I switch to just using QB online to start doing my personal finances? I opened the QB online accountant to do

Must I always link a credit note to a sales invoice ? I did not and I cant seem to clear the credit note from the customer's records. What can I do now ? Thank you !

I usually listen to videos on 1.5x speed, I was surprised because this one sounded completely normal instead of a little sped up, turns out it was indeed on 1.5x speed. Makes me wonder if he just speaks that slow, or slowed down the video for longer video length.
