- Season the water to taste with Himalayan pink salt.
- Wisk the water in a circular motion to form a gentle whirlpool.
- Crack an egg into the water and let it cook.
- Remove the poached egg from the pot and place directly into an ice water bath until it hardens some.
- Now plate the egg and sprinkle on some Himalayan pink salt and fresh black pepper. Feel free to add any garnishings!
