My mother told me she took a trip to Vegas in the 70s and was able to see Elvis, she said the show wasn’t even that great due to his poor health at the time, he was very sweaty and couldn’t move around the same way he used to when she saw him as a kid. He passed away one year after she saw him perform 😢

Elvis had months of stomach blockage, kindest way I can describe it, and in an attempt to force some sort of release of pressure before a public event, he held his breath and pushed so hard his heart basically cramped up like a muscle, a very deadly kind of heart attack.

If you think you’re eating too much, always check if you’re thirsty by drinking water. I sometimes eat when I’m bored, and I also confuse thirst for hunger a lot. Filling yourself up with water can also make you feel more full when you eat more food because then there’s not as much room left

The Elvis move really opened my eyes. My family knew that we were related to him, but never knew how bad his director really treated him. He pushed away Elvis' friends and people who really cared about him. His father didnt really do much either
