always great to have a transformation story but, this guy had an athletic background already, it's always a complicated journey none the less but those with no athletic experience who's been unfit and unhealthy their while lives, those stories are more complicated.

I thought this was about your friend you were training. interested of when that transformation story comes to light.

Well lucky you, I have been training for 3 years straight, watching obsessively over everything I eat,
I never liked sugary food, sodas, or cakes or any of that fast food, always have been eating vegetables, lots of them, not much meat, but fish some poultry, no fruits because of the sugar, no ready meal, no bread, rice, potatoes, pasta or cereals, no juices, no ice cream ever, no cookies, no chips, no desserts and still nothing happens. I have cut calories more and more over the time as nothing was ever changing.
I train with weights at least 4 times a week and do long very fast walk 4-5 times a week, on hills most of the time, can't run because of my knees.

results, the only thing happening is just worst results and actually gaining weight and not lost a pound in 3 years, extremely discouraged and about to give up on everything, hope I could say I feel better at least, nope!
