What Makes the Gothar?

If someone knows how to do the rites or other services if they want it I issue a certificate, my Temple while "Celtic" we tend to be more Animistic with a "religion of priesthood" aspect hold over from my time with Seax Wica. Normally if visiting a friends house, said friend would lead any rites at his house and vice versa, unless I was asked to lead it.
And I understand that for the most part the druids, were normally the leaders of ritual for the elites/rulers of the tribe and had little to do with the common person
