No KB? No sweat. Grab a single medium to strong DB instead. Your warm-up and cool-down are INCLUDED. While this Sweat Box delivers five rounds, the clock reflects a full seven-round sweat sesh. Get ready for back-to-back boxing drills and kickboxing combos in rounds 2-4. After each round, you'll grab your kettlebell or dumbbell for a strength finisher including a Tabata, EMOM, and AMRAP.

Round 1: Pre-Fight Warm-Up.
Round 2: Sweat Boxing (Boxing Drill & Defensive Moves) + Tabata Finisher. Round 3: Sweat Kicking (Kickboxing Combo) + EMOM Finisher.
Round 4: Sweat Kicking (Kickboxing Combo) + AMRAP Finisher.
Round 5: Post-Fight Cool Down.
