It's time for a five round, full-body, punching, kicking, and kettlebell Sweat Box party. Get ready for back-to-back boxing drills and kickboxing combos plus Tabata, EMOM, and AMRAP strength finishers!

No KB? No sweat. Grab a single medium to strong DB instead. Your warm-up and cool-down are INCLUDED. While this Sweat Box delivers five rounds, the clock reflects a full seven-round sweat sesh. Get ready for back-to-back boxing drills and kickboxing combos in rounds 2-4. After each round, you'll grab your kettlebell or dumbbell for a strength finisher including a Tabata, EMOM, and AMRAP.

Here's a sneak peek:

Round 1: Pre-Fight Warm-Up.
Round 2: Sweat Boxing (Boxing Drill & Defensive Moves) + Tabata Finisher. Round 3: Sweat Kicking (Kickboxing Combo) + EMOM Finisher.
Round 4: Sweat Kicking (Kickboxing Combo) + AMRAP Finisher.
Round 5: Post-Fight Cool Down.

Pro Tip: if it's your first time pushing play, I suggest watching the pivot demo. Have fun and modify accordingly!

love that this included the warm up and cool down and ooooh boy those finishers were bananas 😮😮😮
My fave was definitely the tabata and my fave combo was round 3! I have to remix some of the amrap and emom moves next time so I don’t strain my lower back too much. I felt it a lot this time!

This workout is GOLD. By the time we're on the last round, I could barely breathe. The AMRAP finisher drained my tank. Love this!!!

Love this workout! Had to take an unexpected intermission halfway through because my 20-pound kettlebell flung into my face during the figure 8s, but now I have a busted lip battle scar to prove I did the workout 😅

Holy banana chili peppers! Looked like a spaz the first two tries of the combos but then nailed them. Heart was racing like crazy during the AMRAP for sure! I think I got 6 rounds? And pushed myself with my 25 pounder the entire workout. Love you, FGN and all that you do for the fitness community and us ninjas!
