I know this will probably get buried at not read by anyone, but you can actually take it a step further. You can do as he does in video AND at the end add "Use my CV under as reference:" and paste in your CV and it will actually use the info from your CV in the cover letter to make it specific for you. Also way less editing required afterwards.

Also tell chat GPT about you. Feed it your resume first and tell it you're going to give it a job description and to use your resume to create a cover letter for the job. Gives a better cover letter

if you're smart you put your resume in there too. everything you've got, put in there and then get its version. then read it and you may find some things are off so ask it to modify it. use simpler language. etc etc. work WITH chat GPT.

It can also make resume. Copy paste job description and in ChatGBT put " create a resume showing measurable results" paste job description hit enter. Adjust resume accordingly afterwards.
