For the healthy number of cynical skeptics scoffing at my remark in the video about starting a small clinical dose of TRT and thinking you “got me.” I booked the role of Reacher September 3rd, 2020 at 205lbs, began filming Reacher at 235lbs mid-April 29, 2021. We wrapped July 31, 2021. I took my first dose of testosterone (200ml cypionate) in October of 2021. I’ve never used TRT or anything else to enhance performance. I got where I needed to go without it. Keep hustling young minds. Nothing wrong with using modern medicine wisely if you’re not gaining an unfair advantage in competition. But you can do great things naturally if you work hard enough.

I am 41. I am a disabled veteran. My right leg was amputated below the knee. The injury caused an infection that infected my whole body and caused me to have open heart surgery due to a leaky aortic valve. I was over 300 lbs, but I started watching what I eat and maintain a wait from 215 to 220. I have lots of loose skin all over my body. I find it hard to get good tips for people in my particular condition.

I have followed your career since Smallville, love your work, and I hate that the CW, Aquaman, never came to fruition. Your work in Reacher is perfect. You are one of my favorite actors. Was a huge Blue Mountain State fan back in the day when my lifestyle was so fitting to the show. Thad was by far my favorite character. Ive been struggling since COVID, lost my home, a good career job because of people being greedy and not wanting to pay me for my work, living in a tent, barely keeping a car running, most days eating garbage just to get the calories I need, I stumbled upon your channel as well as been a fan of your acting, I keep a resistance training schedule even if I only have cinder blocks, even in the down pouring rain I keep my Push/Pull/Legs routine, but thankyou Alan for giving me a little hope that life may one day get better for my significant other and I and our three dogs, I need to get back into receiving the Word of God everyday again, I used to read everyday and I've let the stress and lack of things most take for granted keep me from doing so, letting the adversary win, Proverbs 16:9 A man's heart chooses his course but the Father determines his steps

I've been a fan of yours since your role as Aquaman...and yes, I've watched Reacher twice now! I was able to pick up on your Spiritual vibe early on, which is probably why I seemed to resonate with your acting. Thanks again for the encouragement. I was looking for Reacher and found a brother following Christ, glad to see that man. I also struggle with pride and a certain sermon helped me to see a way out of that ego: to focus on God and what he has already done for us, that we are finally out of judgement from the world because we are already loved and valued by God himself without anything that we have to do. I still need to really constantly remind myself of this truth and in that, let it transform how I react to the world, and produce fruits of love and life and joy within me.
