This little window that will pop up you mentioned at the start, how did you trigger that? That would be step 1 wouldn't it? And is it possible to transfer data from a newer ipad to an older one? eg. Ipad pro gen 4 to an Ipad Air 2? No doubt some apps wont be compatible, but is it doable?
