Today, I'm going to show you the best way to transfer all of your data from your old MacBook to your new MacBook, not just photos, music and apps, but also your settings and even wallpaper bookmarks etc. Essentially showing you how to mirror your old Mac to your new Mac. Video I will be transferring from my M1 Pro MacBook Pro. 14 inch to my new M2 pro MacBook Pro 14 inch. I will show you the best way to transfer all data as well as how to manually choose which data to send as well as sharing useful tips and tricks along the way!

Be aware that you have to disconnect your old Mac from iCloud before you start cleaning it up. I didn't know that they were linked. I deleted off the old and it did the same to the new. I lost files because of this.
