- Flash step is a bit slower but covers more distance and you can still detect somebody using it since it utilizes spiritual particles.
- Sonido is faster but covers less distance, seems more like teleportation and is harder to detect, it uses muscles to achieve it. That is why their spiritual pressure disappears. Vasto Lorde was the first time Ichigo used Sonido. You require an Arrancar physical prowess to do it.

Also profiency in both of these skills depends on the user.

I like that regular sonido that arrancars and espada use have a distorted teleport type sound, but vasto lorde ichigos sonido sounds like a gun shot. A subtle difference that shows how much stronger he was

just realized the difference between sonido and flash step. Flash step is an instant teleportation meanwhile sonido is not. The user and their reiatsu disappears when they use sonido. İts like dissappearring and appearing somewhere else
