For those thinking Sonido is teleportation, its not. Chad was keeping up with Gantenbein during their fight and Gantenbein was using Sonido. They are still physically moving from one space to another like anyone else.

Instead, it seems to be more like how the Flash can vibrate his body at such frequencies that he can phase through physical objects. By altering their reishi, they can remove (or significantly reduce) resistance to the air and surrounding reishi which allows them move at incredible speed. It's easy to slip past someone's spiritual pressure sense because they aren't disturbing the environment nearly as much.

Sonido makesyour reiatsu undetectable, with the most proficient users have the mastery of being able to clone themselves and/or teleport between long distances in a matter of seconds, and add it with the fact it makes a cool boom sound. Clearly, it is the best movement technique in Bleach

Sonido makes your reiatsu undetectable which is why when ichigo was fighting ulquiorra he couldn't sense his reiatsu when he uses sonido, also when ichigo uses sonido in tybw, the quincys says "the reiatsu disappeared?"
