Demonstration - Portalevel® STANDARD - 50KG FM200 Cylinder Test

This is a video demonstrating the Coltraco® Ultrasonics Portalevel® STANDARD ultrasonic liquid level indicator operating on a 50KG (110lb) FM200 cylinder. The Portalevel® STANDARD is manufactured by Coltraco Ltd. It is one of 7 available model types within our Portalevel® Range.

The user moved down in steps from the top of the cylinder to identify a change in readings in relation to the gas to the liquid phase. High readings were found in the liquid phase (below level) and low readings above level (Gas Phase). The user then calibrated below level producing a full LED indication. The user then moved up in methodical steps until no Bar graph was consistently shown corresponding with low readings in relation to the gas phase. Smaller adjustments were then made until the exact liquid/gas interface was identified signified by the oscillation int he bar graph caused by rocking the cylinder and liquid within, this was done for the sake of the demonstration and by no means necessary. This equipment is accurate to 1.5mm +/- accuracy.
