This is a video demonstrating the Portalevel® MAX ultrasonic liquid level indicator operating on a 50KG (110lb) FM200 cylinder. This is our flagship model within our Portalevel® line.

The user moved down in steps from the top of the cylinder to identify a change in readings between gas phase and the liquid phase. High readings were found in the liquid phase (below level) and low readings above level (Gas Phase). The user then calibrated below level producing a full bar graph. The user then moved up in methodical steps until no bar graph was consistently shown corresponding with low readings in relation to the liquid phase. Smaller adjustments were then made until the exact liquid/gas interface was identified.
