Demonstration - Portalevel® STANDARD - 45KG CO2 Cylinder Test

This is a video demonstrating the Portalevel® STANDARD ultrasonic liquid level indicator operating on a 45KG (100lb) CO2 cylinder commonly used in the fire industry. The Portalevel® Standard is manufactured by Coltraco Ltd. It is one of 7 available model types within our Portalevel® Range.

The user moved down in steps from the top of the cylinder to identify a change in readings in relation to the gas to the liquid phase. High readings were found in the gas phase (above level) and low readings below level (Liquid Phase). The user then calibrated above level producing a full LED indication. The user then moved down in methodical steps until no Bar graph was consistently shown corresponding with low readings in relation to the gas phase. Smaller adjustments were then made until the exact liquid/gas interface was identified, this equipment is accurate to 1.5mm +/- accuracy.
