This video is a better demo than the doctor's one, i was confused why he didnt show how to brush the inside of the teeth.

Thank you very much for this I am slow.. LOL when I see ''how to brush my teeth'' I only see how to do it but than I am questioning myself how the heck am I supposed to brush front and back for 2 minutes!!! and let alone being careful for brushing your gums. this will defiantly help a lot. I would go over 2 minute mark because I am being extra careful and learning as well but not brushing hard if that makes sense. don't be mistaken though!! I don't brush over 2 minutes in the same area xD

My class loved your video! is there a step-by step visual you have that matches your steps (inside of the bottom, top of the bottom, etc)? All the ones I find are like 1- put toothpaste on your brush, 2 brush your teeth, 3 rinse.... I work with a special education class and would love to find something that elaborated that "step 2 brush your teeth". Any suggestions?

Hello, I have an important question, I never really took oral hygiene seriously (whenever I noticed my teeth had plaque or just dirty in general I brushed an flossed) but never ln a daily basis like it's recommended, i noticed a little bit of gum receding and I'm finally starting to take it seriously and have a good oral hygiene, the bottom front part of my gums are a little red and they bleed, but the other parts are fine and they're pink, do you recommend use of mouthwash to help with the bleeding gums? And if so when should I use it? (it's also one without alcohol)

Hi Mam, Very nice demonstration, I have one doubt, as you are demonstrating brushing was done very gently, do we need to apply a little more pressure while brushing for effective cleaning, ?Also could you please suggest which brush bristles are better, soft or medium?
