I thought I only had the first one in me, but ended up doing all three. Feeling great and thoroughly yoga-ed. Thanks Tim! This was a nice change of pace from the lighter, shorter videos. Also a great way for folks like me who fell behind in the challenge to catch up!

I like usually the most 30-40 min yoga. So one hour sequence in 3 videos is so perfect, so much easier to do than 1 one hour video. You are the best, Tim! Thank you for all of this, makes me feel great.

I'm personally loving the fact that there is no music in these videos. While music often helps many people relax, for a musician, the mind does not relax; it works, even if we don't want it to. The silence is peaceful and restorative. Thank you!

So proud of us all (and me) that did 15, 16, 17 together (which is way over an hour). It definitely leaves you feeling at peace and a great sense of accomplishment. Thanks again Tim!

i really appreciate the effort you put in Tim. I must admit almost 90 minutes of yoga during the work week is a pipe dream for me lol. The 30 minute format is awesome. Just my .02

Thank you Tim for your good advice! I've done these three parts separately but surely l will give it a try for all of them this week-end. I can notice in myself lot of improvement in my strength and balance and I'm also proud of my improvement in chaturanga and malasana (these two were very difficult for me at the beginning of this 30 days course). I have been doing this program with no pause and never did yoga before love it!! I normally practice fitness, swimming and tennis but u can't imagine how much I improved concentration in all sports I practice thanks to yoga!! Thank you Tim!!!

Hi, Tim! I love these three series workouts. I've been doing them once a day in order, instead of all three at once and still think they're a great workout. The second video included training poses for the handstand and headstand which I find very helpful. When I first tried to do a headstand, I just went right into it without any training or practice. (I fell...) Now I will practice gaining strength with the elbow pose you showed us. Very helpful! Thanks for the great videos!

Thank you Tim, for the past two week my tailbone haven’t been hurt much anymore, what a great magic! I also did my best to practice all day 15, 16 and 17 today to have a relaxing class tomorrow, I never valued corpse pose much until this session :)

Just did this after a workout in high 80s temps. I have a herniated disk, and live in rural India where I don't have any yoga studios nearby, certainly none as good as your videos. I've done yoga at a few places here in India and in the US, and none have helped me understand the poses, or feel as good, as much as your videos. Thanks for continuing to make these.

Rlly good practice especially combined with the warm up. Everyday I look forward to hittin the mat. With all the good stuff that comes from daily practice, I haven't missed a day in over 2 months. Thanx Tim.

Tiring to do all 3 but something within was pushing and so glad i did! Loved the shavasana at the end, i did not want to get up :) thank you for the guiding, Tim! Here's to a great day ahead!
