My family makes a corn casserole with a can of cream corn, a can of whole kernel corn, a cup of sour cream, an egg, and a box of Jiffy cornbread mix. It is delicious and we make it during the holidays.

UPDATE!! We're safe. We don't have internet service. No tornado damage to our home, but there was 1 danger close. Thank you for all your prayers.

The pineapple casserole is delicious! I make it every Easter and at Thanksgiving too because it pares well with ham. The corn pudding is on rotation for a family side dish, but I make mine with Jiffy Cornbread Mix and only two small eggs. I've never tried pear salad, but my grandparents enjoyed it quite often.

My friends aunt and uncle’s house / church got hit with tornado and neighbors houses that are a total loss . About twenty minutes from us . But everyone is safe . Was up all night in case we had to go to the basement . God is good .

Love your channel!!! A friend of mine made the pineapple casserole with Ritz instead of saltines. Also, you can probably find a corn pudding recipe you'll like because my daughter makes one that's more bready, not so eggy. It's almost like a sweet cornbread filled with corn. Another thing, my mother in law was Welsh, came to the US in 1952, and she made pear salad frequently. I don't know if it's a dish she picked up here or not. Also, some people used to use cottage cheese instead of mayo. The history of food can be very interesting. God bless you and your family.

Well, they are colorful. I love reading cookbooks, not interested in making most of them, but I enjoy the ingredient combinations.
Hope all are safe, we had such high winds, flickering lights but nothing dangerous.

I like all 3, but that corn pudding is too eggy for me too. I like the Jiffy cornbread corn casserole recipe best.

We love pear salad. It is yummy. Just a dollop of mayo. We don’t put the cherry. Too sweet.

Mom used to make the pear salad but I despise mayonnaise so I always had it without, it's good that way. Pineapple casserole is delicious but I feel like you either like it or hate it. Always enjoy your videos. Have a great weekend Moss family!!

Lol, I am from Tennessee and have tried them all. Try the corn pudding recipe on the back of a Jiffy cornbread mix...fewer eggs and really good. Add bacon❤
