I have no words!!!🤤🤤🤤. I never made my Mac and cheese with parm and cream cheese. Just the regular that I grate and it’s fantastic. Did you strip the hocks of the meat and put back in collards? I also put extra bacon bits that I make on top of green beans. Now I have new ideas for the holidays. Thank You!!!👍👍Love your videos❤❤❤

Great stuff! I dont do collards but i would like to share one of my secrets with you on blanching green veggies... put a teaspoon or so of baking soda in the water and watch how it amps up the green color of 6ojr veggies.

I wasn't a fan of the stems either for a long time until a neighbor showed me how to use them. Simply dice them up and start cooking them prior to putting the collards in the stock pot. My better half is an implant from the midwest, so her and my kids want nothing to do with collards, but I love them. I grow some Georgia collards and harvest them all the way up to our first frost in January. I grow mine in 5 gallon buckets to reduce bug and dirt issues.
