Which guitar was your favorite? Strat or Tele? 🎸🎸🤔

What I learnt from this:

1)A Strat's tone is that of your younger cousin who always seems to be happy and you are convinced they have ADHD of some kind because they are somehow so hyper and excitable ALL THE TIME.
2)A Tele's tone is that of your older cousin who is always chill and you can never decide whether they're high or just relaxed. Also it vibes HARD.
3) We need more Miguel appearances where Lonny and him play together bc Miguel rights ya know.
4) I need a full length Friends cover. If its with Miguel that's a bonus.

There's no way to know for sure, because rest assured if you have one you'll want the other. I was in Guitar Center for over two hours (facing annoyed staff members wondering when I was gonna leave lmao) trying to decide between a gorgeous Fender Tele in a blue finish with a maple fretboard, or an all white Fender strat with a maple board. After playing them both I decided on the Strat, but when I got home and took my Strat out of it's case, all I could think about was it's brother whom I left behind. Long story short I now have both the Strat and the Tele 😉🤭

Both sound great. But i think strat's got a cleaner sound and tele's got a little warmer and vintage sound. It's hard to decide.

I have both love the Strats Contour body, but my Tele is a tone Monster,
Found my self playing the Strat more because of the shape, hated the tremelo.
Played a Squire Paranormal offset Telecaster and it's now my number one! The quality rivals that of the Mexicans and after some mods pickups and proper setup is a way nicer guitar, it's one to consider adding to your stable.

Great vid and approach to answering the perennial question, thing same amp, same volume, same song, same band the Strat just disappears in the mix and a Tele sits sweet. I love my Strat, great to play and record, but I just can't get it to kick in the mix so will stick with a Tele.
