I always feel calmer in bathtubs/showers/water in general, so I’d probably do a water birth whenever I give birth (note I’m not pregnant currently, I’m just talking about the future and if I ever plan to give birth)
but giving birth/pregnancy always seems terrifying to me, because I have anxiety, and as a person who experienced a decent amount of trauma from hospitals, the thought of being so vulnerable around doctors or just anyone terrifies me.
I’m constantly paranoid when near doctors, and the thought of the risk of a stillbirth or dying during birth would make my anxiety skyrocket
