I hope they get to keep their babies in the nursery on floor! That would certainly help them get back to work with confidence and joy. Instead of a coffee break, they each get a “nursing break” as in breast feeding their baby. 😁🥰👶

I love this! Something about seeing a L&D nurse, actually pregnant or holding their baby, makes me feel a lot more secure when you know they're the ones that will be there for your baby and treat him or her the way she would treat her own. It's that maternal nature. You can learn everything in the world of medicine, but that nurturing manor is not something you're taught. You either have it or you don't, and it looks like this group definitely has it.

My friend is an L&D nurse and this same thing happened to their unit!! They had a combined baby shower at work and it was at least 7 of them pregnant 😂

We had a 'fertility chair' in the office that everyone would try and avoid... it seemed to be the common denominator 😂

This happened when I worked as a pharmacist in one of our regional hospitals. There were 5 pharmacists and 11 techs, all of us in various stages of pregnancy at the same time lol. It got scary for others at times.
