I study IT in Poland and despite the fact that a lot of people around me are decent with technology, they all tell me taht I'm a tin hat wierdo, when I talk about that stuff. That actually makes me feel sad for them, because they don't even want to face the facts...

I hope that the mentality will change some day. Keep up the good work Luke!

I always tried to get into Linux. But I remember when Windows 10 came out and Cortana was not optional or really hard to get rid of. I switched to Debian on my home computer as well as work. Sacrificed gaming for a few years.
Haven't looked back really. I can now do everything on my laptop using Debian 10 and the MATE desktop that I could on windows.
And I have a separate SSD HDD with a windows install on it, just for gaming that I can plugin when I want to use and then plugin the Linux HDD for everything else.
