This quick 5 MIN BUTT WORKOUT focuses on activating the glutes and rounding the booty (no equipment needed).

🧡 Focuses on isolating the glutes without growing the legs.
🧡 Very low-impact and easy on the knees; no squats, jumps, or lunges.
🧡 All exercises are down on the floor. No need to get up :)
🧡 If you wish, you can add either weights or/and resistance bands to increase the intensity and difficulty level of this workout.
