ALLSTATE SUX! Two reputable roofers say I need new roof due to serious hail damage. Allstate adjuster says I have no hail damage. ALLSTATE LIES.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with Liberty Mutual..
They paid to replace my 20 year old roof because 2 shingles flew off in a wind storm...roof was deemed not repairable because they were organic shingles...I got the first check within 2 days of my roof being inspected...and got the balance within 48 hours of completion...love my new Atlas Pinnacle Pristine roof. The only money out of my pocket was my $1000 deductible.
TY to Ditectorii for recommending OMR Roofers...Great Job.

Selling your soul to allstate must be part of the hiring process for their adjusters; it's definitely not being trustworthy and adjusting by utmost good faith practices. But you're in good hands because they usually hire "inspectors" to investigate the loss now- a loophole for claim denials. People will "back the blue until it happens to you." My advice when inquiring for insurance, stay away from carriers you would see on TV commercials.

Sue them and make them pay punitive damages

Going through it now w/ Allstate, only wants to replace 4 of 7 slopes; there's not substantial damage found on the other 3. Yet, the NRT showed otherwise.

I've been a contractor, a consultant, and PA.
I've traveled over half the US. and everywhere I go you hear different companies. Some love state Farm, some hate. Some despise farmers, some practically worship safeco or LM.

But every state I've been to, every single contractor who's been at it more than 5 years, even the independent adjusters and PAs, they all say exactly the same thing.

All State is the worst. and from California to New York, they call it AllSnake

I had Allstate and got a full replacement no problem. They hired an outside company to provide an adjuster and I got more than anticipated. I ended up replacing the roof myself since the quotes in my area were way higher than my insurance provided minus the deductible and came out on top.

Dmitry: Thank you for doing all these, as a home owner I have so many questions, your channel provided unbiased review and knowledge that's very valuable to us. If I may make a suggestion, you should make a video talking about different region's unique requirement for the roof. I am living in chicago area right now, asphalt shingle roof works great for me, but I am building a new house in Florida, been struggling whether I should do metal roof or not? In chicago it doesn't really make much sense to do metal roofing, but florida will be different. The humid, the hurricane etc. Also, how far is the house from the salt water matters, I have a salt water canal on the back, although the canal is protected, so there's no splash, in this case, should I do steel? Aluminum? or should I just go with asphalt shingles? There are so many questions to each unique situation.
