In this Blender 2.92 Tutorial I'll show you how to use Rigify to easily rig your 3D characters!

This is Part 2/2 of this video. In this video I explain what weight painting is and how you can adjust skin weights for good deformation. In part 1 I showed you how to set up and generate a rig as well as how to attach your model to the rig. So if you haven't checked out Part 1, the link is below!

The first project I worked on was modeling clothes and I wouldn't have been able to do it without your tutorials, so thank you :) my bunny is fully rigged and ready to animate. Thank you Eve for the amazing tutorials ! You helped me to update so Blender skills, so they've been very instructive ! :)
I would add a quick tip to remove quickly the influence of unwanted bones.
Instead of clicking on "-" for each bones, you can lock the bones that you want to keep and then click on the button arrow (vertex group special) just under "+""-" buttons , then select "Delete All Unlocked GRoups" ;)
I hope this will be helpfull ^^

It would be nice to see how to add custom bones to the rig in case you have some extra parts! Like the bunny ears

Ohh thank you. You summarized all the rig stuff that I had problems with. Generating rig correctly, weight painting, ik stuff and all that in just around 20 minutes. Amazing :o
