Im sooo grateful to GOD and you 🙏! Happy that I found you on TikTok and here. I started to follow your advices just 3 days ago (June 19) and I already lost 7.6 pounds !!! It’s amazing!! I know that mostly is water pounds but still for me is a huge difference in a really short time. I never expected to lose it so fast and for that I’m soooo grateful! I’ve gained so much weight in the last six months, and your videos, which I found this evening, remind me I already know how to eat. I just started overeating again, and it feels terrible. So this week I began to move again, and I love the reminder of what to eat and how much - eating this way consistently actually feels like a really loving thing to do. I’ll start to incorporate refeed days as well. What a great idea. ❤

This is brilliant! Just recently found your channel and have been watching all your videos. This one just really clarifies why and how portion control really works. I’ve been easing into it and it really is very easy and freeing. So much better than tracking food and macros. Also, the food you prepare and show in your videos looks so good! I just started watching your videos a few weeks ago. They are so helpful. One of my favorite foods is popcorn (I feel like I can eat it practically everyday lol). I buy the kernels to cook them on the stove (not the popcorn thats packed with all of the chemicals), and I would normally add butter the popcorn (or if I want more of a dessert I'll add honey and butter) once it is done. Some times my meals are so random in what I eat lol. For example there were days when I would eat maybe popcorn, veggies with hummus, and 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter normally without the added oil and or salt (I steer clear from the added sugar). I am doing my best to learn about portions but when you have something like popcorn mixed with raw veggies and (that is kind of all I may eat for a meal) what are portions supposed to look like? I am also a 6'0 ft (182.88 cm) does that make a difference in portion control?
