Yes, I actually cured my addiction for sugary processed junk food by eating more sugar. Now I'm not talking about lollipops and cupcakes. The sugar I'm talking about is natural sugar in its whole form like what you would find in fruits and starchy vegetables. I'm talking about fructose and glucose in the foods you find on a low-fat plant-based diet. Whenever I was eating a high fat animal-based diet I was constantly craving carbs. But now all I eat is plant-based carbs and I never crave fatty junk foods.

Good video. The brain and human body runs best on glucose (sugar). While eating plant based diet of coarse keeping fats low. I agree with all you said. 👍🏻
