I have done this for 18 days so far going to do it for 30 days I have been doing it at night time before I go to sleep. I can already say this has made me realise what has been taking my power (my father) and I am definitely feeling more powerful with my mentality and for so long I have thought my negative emotions to be something ashamed of. E.g sadness, pain, anger. This hypnosis has made me realise that I should and I already am starting to be more proud of these emotions instead of suppressing them because these emotions makes me human and owning it makes me stronger learning to control my emotions instead of my emotions controlling me.
