Do you feel that at some point in time someone or some group of people took advantage of you and took your power away? Take your power back in this powerful hypnosis session where I empower you from the very beginning to only choose the guidance that aligns with your beliefs and values.

More on this: I begin to empower you from the very start of this, by showing you how you can control your breath and your inner state of calm. As you go deeper into relaxation you allow the mind to relax and be open to taking on the messages that support you.

You are guided into a space where the missing pieces of your power reside. This may be a place you have visited in the past or it may be an imagined place. You then meet the person who took your power away and take your power back from them. Not only that but you also see that they have no way to take power back from you again. You have changed. And you may come to realize that power was taken from you because they are in lack. I then finish by amplifying all levels of power in you and you walk away, complete and in control

Sarah, thank you for such powerful meditations and astral projections. I have never experienced anything so powerful. I can see images, smell smells and see faces. This meditation was perfect. I had been kidnapped when I was a baby, the woman that took me was very mean. I needed a meditation to cleanse the negative moments. I want to forget about all of my childhood. I need all of my power returned to me. I don't want it with anyone other than just me.
