I can’t get over how dendro doesn’t have a reaction with anemo, cryo, and geo. Seed of a plant can get carried far using the wind, plants wither under cold climate, plant buried their roots deep under ground, YOU CAN DO SO MUCH

Electro isn't supposed to be JUST electricity. There is a video on the Genshin Impact YouTube channel where the devs explain that each element is based on a concept. Electro is the concept of energy and dendro is the concept of life. Life + energy makes growth.

Before dendro was released, there was an interview with the game devs explaining dendro and its reactions. Though Bloom and Burning made sense, and they said was based on real life, any electro reactions with dendro were “new reactions” that they made up, probably to satisfy the communities demand for “electro buff” that they’ve been begging for.

On the topic of genshin impact, I'd love to see a full breakdown of the genshin impact lore. Not just the main lore but also subcategories such as the sun children etc.

Its a shame that Matt literally only touches Genshin when he is sponsored, the game has legit very interesting concepts lore and science-wise that it would be nice for him to explore

Matpat's entire theory can fall apart by the one simple fact that "Teyvat has its own laws".

It’s a shame that MatPat won’t dive deeper into the lore of this game. There are so many secrets hidden in dialog and books relating to the archons and the history of teyvat, all the way to the future and predictions for the end of the game itself. The devs put in so much research into real world religions and cultures! It’s kinda sad that all the theories MatPat does about genshin are surface level predictions and discoveries. The fact that he only makes these theories when he’s sponsored is a little sad too. At least there’s other channels that actively look through and read the deeper lore hidden within the game
