The thing is, Clark isn’t just a pair of glasses and a suit. He’s a complete change in demeanor. Clark slouches and is soft spoken. Superman stands tall and upright and is fairly outspoken. Clark isn’t just a disguise in appearance, but also personality.

Part of it is that no one even thinks Superman has a disguise. He doesn't conceal his face or hands, so people just assume that he has nothing to hide. He is just Superman.

it's honestly surprising how different people can look with a different hairstyle, glasses, or hat. if your so used to how someone looks, it's hard not to see them that way.
