Why I Decided to Become an Electrical Engineer!

In this video I answer one of my most asked questions. Why did I choose to become an Electrical Engineer? I also talk a bit about how my journey to engineering was not perfect by any means, but rather driven by my love and passion for the field and for knowledge.

Kat, another EE here (male) and you are describing my exact childhood!! Haha!! I had the same curiosities about radios, TVs, telephones, tape recorders, etc. In college I focused on analog and RF circuits and telecommunications. I’m brazilian. I have worked as a police officer since 1998. Three years ago I started an undergraduate course degree in electrical engineering with focus on eletronics. It is a fantastic course. I'm from Houston TX and when I was 5 I always wanted to work in space and I took a picture at school in astronaut suit but I never seen my kind in that industry so hearing this makes me proud!
