Bulgarian split squats, seated hamstring curls, leg extensions. Fight me.

When I saw the small thumbnail small on the sidebar I thought it was a picture of Michael Jordan jumping. Then I clicked on the video and it's just a photo of a guy who pays money to go to a big room and pick up rocks :(

If the Belt squat gets an A the RDL deserves an A. I agree that it’s technical and has a big learning curve for beginners but once they overcome it it’s a staple. And it hits so many other muscles that i just have to keep it in there

Mine would be deficit RDLs, Hack squats, and leg extensions.

The force curve on that belt squat is pretty shit. The bottom of the rep on that particular machine has the least amount of resistance, whereas it should be the opposite for the most effective stimulus.

The most likely compromise for these machines is an even force curve with a rail based system like a traditional weight stack would employ.

Great breakdown but why not give the RDL a B tier if it’s a classic and the Belt squat gets an A 🤔
