I post new videos for you every weekend.

When I heard of Anthony Bourdain’s passing in 2018, it hit me hard. And when I recently watched the new documentary Roadrunner: A Film About Anthony Bourdain, it drove home some of the reasons why his death left so many people reeling.

It’s not always easy to talk about the messier aspects of life, but it is important. And the more we can help each other during the more challenging moments, the more we’ll be able to access the truth and beauty Bourdain aspired to.

Here for you,

Matthew x

P.S. This week’s video means a lot to me, and I hope you’ll share it with any friend who’s going through a tough time.

Boy do I love riding the wave of your train of thought Matthew, when you get into it, you really flow and drive the point home. This was very thought-provoking. Thanks.

I just recovered from my very first long-distance road trip. It was magical and adventurous. But over the last week, I started feeling really lonely and depressed that "I was doing life all on my own." So I cut the trip short and on my way home got really sick (body manifesting the heartache). It was hard and watching your video confirmed what I believe - it is 100% NORMAL. I love how traveling is challenging my heart - that there are new places within I get to explore and heal. I think THAT is what "really living" does to us. Whether it is a trip, a relationship, hobby or a career...whatever pushes us to grow is our beautiful version of Parts Unknown.

Everyone has their struggles and blaming people for things is so sad. We never know the why. It's important to take every day one day at a time. I have struggled with depression for years. However, your videos, spirituality, and leaving my religion has me realize so much more. I know im not perfect and can be a demon at times but never let anyone or anything stop you. Remember you are all beautiful and need someone to talk to im here. Have a great day. Full of love. Thanks, Matthew and Stephan Hussey so insightful. ☺️❤️

So often we spend our lives searching for that sense of contentment that can only really be found within ourselves. It requires introspection and acceptance of ourselves as we are:The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.

Yes!!! Great insight. Pre-pandemic, with my kids grown, I spent a couple of years working remotely as much as I could. I saw some beautiful places and had amazing experiences - but it is hard is to find the right blend of “roots and wings.” RoadRunner captured that feeling perfectly.
