3 VA passed away from this game 2 of them is Japanese the VA of igor and the fortune teller lady and recently the eng VA of maruki so yeah this song really hit to the ❤ when you playing it again

I love this song because it really screams the determination of the phantom thieves to overcome something as huge as society itself

Maruki's whole motive was to remove all suffering from the world and to return everyone's loved ones, including his own. The fact that his English VA tragically passed away recently from a terminal illness makes his character so much more poignant.

I only became aware of Billy Kametz having cancer from a video I watched in April. When I learned he died, I was so upset. I knew him as the voice of Ferdinand von Aegir, but after playing P5R, I learned he was Maruki. Rest in peace, Billy. I know he’s not only touched our hearts, but the stars too.

I don’t think any game has been able to evoke the pure emotion out of me like the moment this song plays.

Knowing it’s the final battle for the PT, knowing they have to leave behind a world that’s perfectly catered to them because it’s the right thing. Climbing the staircase to the end to face a villain who wants the best for you..

I'm glad I got into the Persona series as it was the perfect send off for my adolescent years leading me into my soon to be adult life. Some people belittle others for being inspired by cartoonish media and I say that media is just another means of inspiration and a mirror for self-improvement that can lead to a better life because any good message is a message to hold tightly and I'll never forget the messages these stories and characters have given me. Thank You Atlus for creating such a fun series that I can look back on with the biggest smile and say "Damn... those were good times."
