Another way to increase your Guts relatively fast is sitting on a couch in Kichijoji until Morgana commands you already to leave. If you insist on staying sit a bit longer, you'll eventually get +1 Guts. It can be done every day after school, and it doesn't consume time

Another good one is that after July 1 you can get a book called Speed Reading from the school library. After reading that you read 2 chapters of a book per session which can increase your social stat gains by a lot.

I found that finishing as much as you can of palaces in one go gives you more time to focus on confidants and social stats too

Getting Kawakami to rank 10 can help give you extra time to raise your social stats or confidant. Because once you finish doing a palace or mementos, you can call her for a massage. The lets you get to do evening activities. Also having high confidant with her allows you sometimes have time for crafting tool or reading.

One advice I can give is that you'll reach max rank on everything at some point by reading books in the train or in class, watching a movie when Morgana refuses to let you out, etc. So always prioritize confidents (because they're not always permanent or available every day)

One of those videos you gotta watch multiple times to understand. So many things you can miss if you don’t do it on the correct day, there’s no way to catch ‘em all in one playthrough it you don’t know what your doing

My two cents on cleaning LeBlanc is that it is often not worth it just for the minor kindness gain on its own but Sojiro is a pain in the but to build up for his rank up events and cleaning LeBlanc is a reliable way to build affinity to level Sojiro up. Remember that Sojiro is not available to work with most nights so if you have nothing better to do in the early game then get ready to wring that mop! Note I said early game. Once you unlock better affinity options, mopping is almost never worth the time slot. I would say only consider mopping until you clear Palace 2, after that you will have more on your plate that needs immediate attention.
