I use a compact air purifier, diffuser, & salt lamp at work. I have a smart watch that tells me to get moving every hour. I am going to get a few plants as well. Any suggestions beside rubber plant & bamboo? I try to start every day with a few minutes of exercise. Thanks for advice. I have implemented much of it in my life.
