In this episode, we show you two different ways to eat green tea. In Tokyo, we learned that you can pour rice vinegar or soy sauce on used tea leaves and then eat them. You can also use chili oil like pepperoncini oil and it becomes quite spicy and delicious. What is your favorite way to eat tea leaves?

There's actually other way to eat green tea leaves. Since I'm actually using a Genmaicha which is a mix of green tea leaves, stem teas and toasted rice and since those stems can't be eaten easily I'm using a blender to crush into a paste and mix it with eggs to make omelets.

add on comment to the other one - if you only ever buy organic produce, research the health benefits of nitric oxide, how the body makes nitric oxide, and how much nitric oxide your body can make when you eat only organic.

Would we get the same health benefits by simply sprinkling fresh uncooked green tea leaves onto my food?
