Hello, I have a solution to a common problem with this controller is that sometimes people don't download or try to use the Novation components software, and that's really useful because Novation sends updates to all MIDI controllers and if you don't update your Controller sometimes your MIDI doesn't function as it used to in your DAW (Ableton in my case).

Faders stopped controlling Ableton. They work with Reaper but only for first 8 tracks. Can't remember if I installed any driver or upgraded the firmware before the problems began. Will try downgrading the firmware if I can.

Hello just bought my lunchkey 49 mk2 plugged in and doesn't work. I have installed the drivers but still doesn't work. I tried to install components app but the app can't find my midi controller!

me having a problem, the faders dont control volume in session mode. They used to control volumen, but recently itjust stopped doing that

Do you need an audio interface or can this plug right into a USB and work with Ableton?

i cant access these on my ableton live 12, my launchkey lights just stays on until i press the "track" buttons that moves left and right before the lights stop but i still cant configure the launchkey 61

My pad lights stay turned on when i plug in my usb cord. What does that mean?

When I connect the usb to my laptop, the lights just light up. But there is no connection or anything that comes up on my computer. What may be the issue and ho can I fix this?

Hi, I have a Launchkey MK2 25, when I select octave 0, the Midi OX and my DAW show me the key starts at C3. I tried to transpose it but it doesn't work, does anyboody know how can I make the scale number match the keys or how to reset the controller. Thanks
