Setting up Launchkey [MK3] with Ableton Live 10

Im use the Novation Launchkey mini mk3.. ableton live suite version 10.1.3 and when when i push
SHIFT
the session pad does not turn on, please help.. only turn on the drum and custom pad

Running version 10.1.5 on Windows 10 but only keys work. Cannot use it active Session view or other controls. HELP!!

Came here because my launchkey was not detected automatically. The solution = In the preferences link/MIDI menu choose the LKMK3 MIDI (port2) for both input and output for the Launchkey MK3 control surface, as suggested here in the comments.

If this video is suppose to be about setting up Launchkey (MK3) in Ableton Live 10, why is nothing said about setting the midi assignments in "Link Midi", ,, Options, Preferences, Link Midi, Control Surface, Input, Output etc?

did Novation sell me a broken product ? I am trying Ableton 10.0.6
when I click SHIFT, it's supposed to get orange in the first 3 pads..only light up the second pad and the third is a fade orange...and the others 5 pads in green, only the last pad is green light. So, i tried ableton 10, 11, try drives updates, try the manual, ...well, it DOESNT WORK !!!!

Please update firmware. How to find Tracks and Clips on a big project? The left right arrow keys work not consistently.. If I launch from Ableton I see the track name appearing.. But then I need hit one arrow to go to the NEXT track and another arrow to go back. But I don t see which is the track unless is playing and turn on the Stop mode. Please add visual feedback for track navigation! And I still need to find which line the clip is in!

how do you transpose the key on novation launchkey mk3 25? I am trying with transpose lit, .. holding shift pushing +/- but it only changes the sounds not transpose what am I doing wrong?

I was getting no input from my Launchkey Mini Mk3 on Ableton 10.1.9 on Windows 10, and solved my problems by updating all drivers for my HP laptop. Check your drivers folks.

Hey, i'm using Live 10.1.4, and only the keys works, i can't use the session and control mode.
I can't find the launchkey MK3 on the surface control dropdown in Live preferences.
